There seems to be a shift happening all over the world. People want to save money, avoid unnecessary space, and have more time and budget for the important things in life. These tiny houses allow you to save a lot of money. In this post 2 tiny houses which look large inside while they are very tiny outside.

Tiny House: Large Interiors Are Possible In Small Houses

Mizuishi Architects Atelier, the 55 m2 house has made the most of the spot where the river meets the road. It looks extremely narrow and small from the outside, but it incorporates various techniques to create space on the inside.
Purchasing a tiny house requires a smaller mortgage or none at all. In addition, you save money on a mortgage advisor and insurance because you have less inventory than in a normal house. Your energy bill will be a lot lower, as wel!

You probably do not expect this narrow, tiny house to have all the luxury and comfort you are used to, but wait until you see what it has in store for you. The architect, Kota Mizuishi, built a house on a triangular plot. The house seems small from all angles and unsuitable for an entire family to live in. To our surprise, however, the house is actually quite spacious.

The lower level is open and full of large windows that let in a lot of natural light. To save space, much use is made of curtains instead of walls to separate the rooms. These can all be opened, making it appear to be much larger. The kitchen has high ceilings and is very spacious, containing everything a normal kitchen would have, including an oven, sink, stove, microwave, and more.

This is what the house looks from the outside, absorbed into the rest of the neighbourhood. Because this house is so small, it has left enough room for a garden on the plot.

You may not need a mortgage at all to purchase this property or the cost of the loan is very low. You no longer have to join an energy company and your insurance policies are a lot lower. This small house of 23 m2 feels much larger than it actually is. The interior is open, airy and receives a lot of sunlight. It is built on wheels so that you could travel around the world in your own house, how cool is that!

Glass and windows have been used a lot, so the house is flooded with natural light. This thanks to a raised roof that consists partly of glass and partly of wood.

The property has a luxurious and warm appearance and you will not be short of anything. The space has been cleverly used everywhere and you have plenty of storage spaces. The cottage has a comfortable living room and a bedroom large enough for a queen bed.

I'm especially interested in new Hydrogen techniques. I'm convinced that - in the near future - Hydrogen will surpass the development of solar or wind as alternative energy source. Safety concerns will find a solution and Hydrogen will be applied massively in all forms of transportation.
