Mushrooms & Nuts
You can use mushrooms to taste, but I would use mushrooms or chestnut mushrooms. Or a mix of them, also delicious! For the nuts, I use walnuts, together with sunflower seeds. Pine nuts are also delicious there. Do not forget to add the soy sauce; this gives just that extra bit of flavor to the pâté. You can keep the pâté in the refrigerator in a closed container for about 5 days. Look, smell, and always taste good.
