  1. Collecting personal information

As a visitor to the WhatsOrb-Site(s), you can participate in various activities without providing personal information.   • Your credit card number will only be used to verify your name and address. The credit card number is not saved.
  • Payment and contributor information, including but not limited to payout method, payout e-mail, desired username, main topic and information about your experience level.

Depending on the activity, certain information we request from you is referred to as mandatory and others as optional. If you do not enter the mandatory data for a specific activity, you cannot participate in this activity. As with most websites, WhatsOrb or sub-processors of third parties authorized by WhatsOrb may collect certain technical and routing information about your computer when you use the website to facilitate your use of the website and related services. For example, it may be that we keep environmental variables such as browser type, operating system, CPU speed and the internet protocol address (IP address) of your computer. You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data and privacy preferences at any time. You can do this by clicking on the link My account, after which you can view and change most of your personal data immediately. Contributors can change their profile here. For security reasons, certain personal data can only be changed by contacting the support. We try to respond to your request within a reasonable time.

  1. How your personal information is used

WhatsOrb collects your data in order to offer you services, comply with our legal obligations and improve our products and services.
